Mr Kliin provides pick-up and delivery services for dry cleaning, laundry, and related services. Mr Kliin interacts with Dry Cleaners, Laundromats, and related partners (“Cleaners”) to clean and care for clothes and other items that you give to Mr Kliin. Pick-up and delivery may be requested through the Site or via email or SMS messaging or WhatsApp.
3. USE RESTRICTIONS
Mr Kliin alone (and its licensors, where applicable) shall own all right, title and interest, including all related intellectual property rights, in and to the Services, including all as text, graphics, images, photographs, illustrations, trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, information obtained from Mr Kliin´s licensors, and other materials (“Contents”). These Terms do not convey to you any rights of ownership in or related to the Services or the Content. Mr Kliin name, logo, and the product names associated with the Services are trademarks of Mr Kliin, its affiliated companies or third parties, and no right or license is granted to use them.
Any use of the Contents not expressly permitted by these Terms is a breach of these Terms and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except as stated herein, none of the Contents may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written permission of Mr Kliin or its licensors.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Mr Kliin grants you a limited, non-exclusive, nontransferable license: (A) to view, download and print any Content solely for your personal and noncommercial purposes; (B) to view any Content to which you are permitted access solely for your personal and non-commercial purposes; and (C) view and use the Services. You have no right to sublicense the license rights granted in this section, without our prior express, written consent.
All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved to MR Kliin and its licensors. Mr Kliin reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Services, or any portion thereof, at any time, for any reason or for no reason at all, without prior notice or any notice.

If you use the Services, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your devices. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Mr Kliin reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
6. TERMS OF SERVICE
To use the Services, you must first sign up with Mr Kliin. When signing up, we request that you provide us with certain personal information so that we can provide you with the requested Services (such information may include name, email address, mobile telephone number, address for pick-up and delivery, and/or credit card data). Upon successful completion of your signing up with us, we will provide you with a personal account, which may be accessible by you with a password of your choice.
7. USE OF THE SERVICE
You warrant that the information you provide to Mr Kliin is accurate and complete. Mr Kliin is entitled at all times to verify the information that you have provided and to refuse the Services without providing notice.
You may only access the Services using authorized means. Mr Kliin is not liable if you do not have a compatible mobile device.
8. MODIFICATION OR SUSPENSION OF THE SITE
You agree that Mr Kliin may, in its sole discretion and at any time, modify, discontinue, or suspend its operation of the Services, any part thereof or any Contents, temporarily or permanently, without notice or liability to you.
Use of the Site is free of charge. Mr Kliin reserves the right to introduce a fee for the use of this Services. If Mr Kliin decides to introduce such a fee, will inform you accordingly and allow you to either continue or terminate the Services.
The ways of payment are:
CASH AT DELIVERY: You pay the driver cash according to your total order price, at the door when he/she delivers your clothes back to you.
CARD AT DELIVERY: You pay the driver with your card according to your total order price, at the door when he/she delivers your clothes back to you. Driver has a wireless card machine.
CARD ONLINE: We reserve total amount when you place your order. The money is frozen in your bank account until your clothes are delivered back to you. This payment option is suitable for people who prefers to leave their bags outside their door or with concierge, or are not home during pickup or delivery.
You understand that there is inherent risk in Cleaning and there is potential for clothing and related items to get lost or damaged. Mr Kliin will do its best to ensure situations like this do not happen, and in the instances they do happen, will work with you to help rectify the situation when you provide us with written notification identifying the concern with the Cleaning within 24hours of receiving your cleaned clothes and items. Without prejudice to the foregoing, and insofar as allowed under mandatory applicable law, Mr Kliin´s aggregate liability in no event shall exceed an amount of €500 or, where applicable, the equivalent of that amount in the currency used by you for the payment for Cleaning.
In addition, the information, recommendations and/or services provided to you on or through the Services is for general information purposes only. The use of the Site or the Contents is at your own risk. The Contents in this Site could include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Mr Kliin may make changes or improvements at any time.
By accepting these User Terms and using the Application or Service, you agree that you shall defend, indemnify and hold MR Kliin, its affiliates, its licensors, and each of their officers, directors, other users, employees, attorneys, agents and suppliers harmless from and against any and all claims, costs, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your violation or breach of any term of these User Terms or any applicable law or regulation, whether or not referenced herein; (b) your violation of any rights of any third party, or (c) your use or misuse of the Application or Service.
12. CARE FOR GARMENTS
Mr Kliin provides, at your choice, two services: Cleaning and Pressing, and Wash & Fold. For the Cleaning and Pressing service, Mr Kliin follows each garment’s care label instructions. If a care label instruction tag was missing, Mr Kliin will make a best-effort judgment on the method chosen for cleaning. If a user requests garment treatment which is contradictory to that indicated on the care label instructions, Mr Kliin will, when possible, make an attempt to contact the user and advise on the potential risks associated with proceeding with the treatment. If Mr Kliin are unable to obtain the user’s approval to proceed, Mr Kliin shall refrain from cleaning the garment in question. If the user authorizes Mr Kliin to proceed, the user will assume responsibility for any damage to their garments.
In the Wash & Fold service, all items are washed at forty-sixty (40-60) degrees celsius and dried in a medium to high heat. Mr Kliin staff will not verify that each garment is safe to undergo washing at forty-sixty (40-60) degrees celsius and drying at medium to high heat. The user will assume responsibility for any damage to their garment.
Mr Kliin will not guarantee the successful removal of any stain but will make every attempt to remove stains without damage to your garment.
13. ITEM COUNT
Mr Kliin pick up driver will count the number of bags given by the user for cleaning and ironing. The count at collection will not include a count or an inspection of the garments. Any defects, damages or stains will not be noted down on this receipt.
The user has the right to ask for a confirmation receipt for the number of items that will be taken to our laundry and dry cleaning facility. Once the garments arrive at the facility, our attendant (sorter) will carry out a separate and thorough count of the cycle. In addition, our personnel will carry out a thorough check of the garments received for defects, damages, and stains. Mr Kliin will inform the customer of the noted damage. Mr Kliin reserves the right to decide to not clean an item and inform the customer via call, SMS, in-app chat, e-mail or with a card informing the customer that the garment was not cleaned.
14. DAMAGED ITEMS
Any damaged item must be reported within 24 hours of the date of delivery of the garments to firstname.lastname@example.org or through in-app chat. Mr Kliin reserves the right to reject any claim made more than 24 hours after the successful delivery of the garments to the customer.
Taking care of your garments is our number one priority. We strive to provide exceptional service. While we are very cautious to treat all garments carefully, we cannot guarantee against colour bleeding, colour loss, or shrinkage of garments associated with a manufacturing defect. In addition, we do not take responsibility for any deteriorated or flawed garments, which could result in small holes or tears associated with the conditions a garment is exposed to during wear. Damages to garments may occur due to our cleaning and ironing processes, as well as due to defects in the fabric, material, stitching of the garments. We will, to the best of our ability, assess the damages impartially and determine the root cause of the damage.
For any items deemed damaged because of our process, MR Kliin may reimburse you by paying the price of the garment, also evaluating the condition of it. Any damaged items must be reported email@example.com and inspected by Mr Kliin within 24 hours through digital photos and in person. For any items deemed damaged because of a perceived defect, Mr Kliin may reimburse you by paying up to ten (10) times the charge for cleaning the item regardless of brand, price or condition of the garment. All reimbursements are handled by our insurance company.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, and insofar as allowed under mandatory applicable law and according to the industry practices, Mr Kliin aggregate liability shall in no event exceed an amount of €500, where applicable, the equivalent of that amount in the currency used by you for the payment for Cleaning.
Claims made more than 24 hours after delivery will be assessed on a case by case basis. In case any damaged item claim cannot be resolved amicably according to terms and conditions, Mr Kliin will refer the customer to file a claim with the applicable consumer rights authority. The resolution of the claim will be as per the terms of the impartial decision made by the independent authority.
15. LOST ITEMS

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Items are considered lost ten (10) days after the initial claim has been made. In line with industry practices, any reimbursement for an item deemed lost by MR Kliin will be handled by our insurance company.
Mr Kliin shall not take responsibility for any loose items lost when submitted in a Mr Kliin bag, such as watches, jewelry, cash, wallets, cufflinks, car keys, badges or any other such items regardless of their value.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, and insofar as allowed under mandatory applicable law and according to the industry practices, Mr Kliin aggregate liability shall in no event exceed an amount of €500 or, where applicable, the equivalent of that amount in the currency used by you for the payment for Cleaning.
In case any damaged item claim cannot be resolved amicably according to terms and conditions, Mr Kliin will refer the customer to file a claim with the applicable consumer rights authority. The resolution of the claim will be as per the terms of the impartial decision made by the independent authority.
16. REPORTING LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Items Missing or damaged items must be reported to Mr Kliin Care within 24 hours of return of your laundered clothes. This report shall be submitted to email@example.com and shall include all of the following information unless otherwise deemed not applicable: Order Number, Name of garment or item as set forth on the inventory sheet provided to the Mr Kliin Partner/Provider, Approximate age of the item, Brief description of the condition of the item prior to incurring damage (not applicable in the case of missing items), Brief description of the item’s condition and damage to the item after damage incurred (not applicable in the case of missing items), At least one photograph of the item showing the damage such item incurred; and Receipt of purchase of the item or, when such receipt is not reasonably available, other reasonable proof demonstrating the value of the item at the time it was purchased.
17. PICKUP AND DELIVERY SERVICE
All services will be provided by a Mr Kliin/Partner assigned to you. Pick-up/Delivery will take place on a predetermined day and frequency, except on certain holidays, as determined by you. Mr Kliin or you may change the predetermined pick-up/delivery times, permanently or temporary, with advance notice by either you or Mr Kliin.
Mr Kliin requires at least 1 hour notice prior to any change. If you’d like to leave your items at a secure spot for pick up, it will be at your own risk. This is also true for delivery. Items left for pick up are not under our care until we have retrieved said items. Items left for delivery at the predetermined location will not be under our care once they have been left at the agreed upon location.
Mr Kliin and its Providers/Partners are not responsible for, and shall not pay for, any loss, damage or theft of items left unattended by the customer for pick-up or delivery. Mr Kliin will not leave items in the possession of any other person that is not the owner of those items unless the owner has given consent. The customer is responsible for ensuring that his/her laundry is delivered safely to the Mr Kliin Provider/Partner.
All pickups and deliveries are subject to €8 fee altogether, on purchases below €50.
You can change the pickup day or time up to 1hour before scheduled pick-up order, by sending us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or WhatsApp (+34 690 849 277). All changes after 1 hour prior to scheduled pick-up order, is subject to a 15€ logistic fee, as it is considered as missed picked up.
Usual turnaround time between pickup and delivery is minimum 2-3 days.
If we cant maintain normal schedule and need more time, you will be notified by message or email.
18. MISSED/UNATTENDED PICKUP OR DELIVERY
If the customer misses the scheduled pickup/ delivery, the customer must coordinate with their Mr Kliin Provider to reschedule. Customer may be subject to a missed pickup/ delivery fee in the amount of €15 if they fail to notify their Provider 1 or more hours prior to the scheduled day & time for pickup or delivery.
19. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
REFUND: All sales are final and all payments are non-refundable, once items/clothes been cleaned. If you are not happy with the service, we can offer to clean your clothes again free of charge.
CANCELLATION: If you would like to cancel your pickup order, you can do so before the Mr Kliin driver has picked up your items. (Important notice: You need to cancel at least 1 hour before scheduled pick-up order, otherwise 15€ late cancellation fee). You can cancel through your account, by logging in and open the current order and click ”Cancel this order”.
EDIT ORDER: All orders are final. If you need to edit your order or have miscalculated number of items in your bags, you must send us a WhatsApp +34 690 849 277 and we will rectify the order. It might not appear on your order details, but we will either reimburse you the price difference or send you a payment link for payment if there are more items in the bags than on the online order.
We can also cancel your order before it reaches our cleaning centres, if the cleaning process has not started yet, and return your clothes to you, but there will be a €15 service fee in such instances.
If you have chosen method of payment, Card Online, the amount on your order, might be frozen in your bank account. It might take up to 7 days before the funds are released back to you.
20. GARMENT CARE
The customer agrees not to include any of the following items inside their wash & fold bag (i) nonwashable items, (ii) items that are labeled for dry cleaning only, (iii) items that have been exposed to bed bugs, (iv) items that have been exposed to or have come into contact with bio hazardous materials including, without limitation: feces, urine, blood, mold, mildew, lice and other bugs, irrespective of whether such contact or exposure resulted in visible; or (v) any other items not meant for laundering. Customer acknowledges that items that have been air-dried (per customer request or Mr Kliin determination for best garment care) may be damp upon delivery. The customer is responsible for any and all damage caused by any items left in the customer’s clothing or laundry bag that causes damage to the clothing of any customer, the cleaning machines, or any other property of the Mr Kliin Provider/Partner.
MR Kliin desires to provide high quality laundering services and will use all reasonable precautions to avoid damage to clothes. Mr Kliin and its Laundry Care Providers/Partners, however, are not liable for any damage due to normal laundering of items, cleaning of items without care instructions, for dry clean items placed inside laundry bags, for special-processing items (delicatewash, air-dry, stain-treatment) not placed in a separate bag, damage resulting from items left in the clothing, bleeding of colors, shrinking or any other alteration resulting from normal washing procedures. Mr Kliin will follow any reasonable instructions provided by the customer, including water or drying temperatures. Mr Kliin/Partners do not read and are not responsible to read cleaning instruction labels and are not responsible for special care items, such as dry clean only items, which are included in the wash and fold laundry bag. Although Mr Kliin Providers/Partners use their best efforts to remove stains, stain removal is not guaranteed.
Mr Kliin Providers/Partners may refuse to clean any garment at their sole discretion. MR Kliin will re-clean items that, in its sole discretion, were not properly cleaned, and have not been worn since they were cleaned, at no additional cost. MR Kliin and Mr Kliin Provider/Partners are not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the clothing or laundry bags such as money, jewelry, or any other item. The customer agrees not to leave such items in their clothing or in their laundry bags. Zippers behave unpredictably while cleaning. Although zippers generally are not an issue, the customer is notified that there is a possibility of zipper issues, zipper damage and damage to other items as a result of the zipper’s inclusion in the cleaning process with such items, while following normal wash procedures, and Mr Kliin, does not accept any liability for such issues or damage.
21. INVENTORY SHEET
Inventory sheets are available upon the request of the customer. The customer should fully and accurately complete this sheet and include them in the laundry bag. Mr Kliin and the Mr Kliin Providers/Partners are not responsible for any item which does not appear on the inventory sheet. We will notify you immediately if there is any discrepancy between what appears on the inventory sheet and the items in the laundry bag. Such discrepancies may cause delays as we will not proceed with washing any items without resolving the discrepancy with you. Mr Kliin reserves the right to complete an inventory sheet for customers who have not provided one themselves without notice to the customer.
22. INVALIDITY; MISCELLANEOUS
If any part of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, including, without limitation, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of these Terms will continue in full force and effect. Only you and Mr Kliin are entitled to enforce these Terms. No third party will be entitled to enforce any of the terms and conditions herein.
23. COMPLETE AGREEMENT
